So lastly for tonight, I was asked to make two wedding cards and a shower card for Joy. Well I have never made these so off to the internet I went. Well except for the last card, as she saw Jeremy's and really liked the look of that one, so I made one for her too.
Thanks to http://stampndesign.blogspot.com/2010/03/free-template-wedding-card.html , I made the first one. Great pattern and very easy to follow. I used my cuttlebug to do part of the dress. By the way all the pink is by Brazzil in a color called Guava, which is the bridesmaids color.
The middle card was made using Jolie Boutique stickers for the wedding cake and a bit of bling for fun.
Let me know what you think!

So today is catch up day. I made some cards for some friends and thought I would share them with you too!
My friend Jeremy emailed me on Monday the 3rd to say "Oops, I forgot that Sunday is Mother's day and can you make me 3 cards, one with Betty Boop, one with butterflies and one beautiful one?" Well I can tell you that I had to still make 2 for myself yet too. However, I couldn't leave a friend in the lurch so I told him yes I would help him out. So off on a Betty Boop search I went. Thanks to Aymee at http://southernbellesvg.blogspot.com/ I found a very cute SVG of Betty. So about an hour later and one boo-boo, I had the Betty as pictured above.
I had also heard so much about the easel cards that I surfed for ideas for that one and decided that would be the butterfly one.
Last but never least I saw someone posting about doing half embossing on cards so I thought I would give that a shot too. I am happy to report that Jeremy loved all the cards I made and I will find out tomorrow if the Mom's loved them too!
Thanks for looking, as always please feel free to leave a comment as they are all appreciated!

My First Vinyl Project!

So my husband Brad is a truck driver. He gets decals for his truck made in the city. Well, one day he stopped in the decal shop and picked me up some scraps. While surfing the net he saw this picture (Waylon was his favorite singer) and asked a guy in the USA if he could make this for him. The guy said he would have to draw it out then cut it and it would not be very cheap. So he came home and showed it to me to see if I could do it for him. Well thanks to SCAL (awesome program) I traced it and cut it on my Cricut Expression (thanks Mom!) and put it on his truck! He was soooo happy at the way this turned out, and honestly so was I (patting myself on the back). So thanks to all who posted on how to cut vinyl as the directions from Provo Craft are wrong (Pressure 6 not 2).
As always, let me know what you think as I appreciate all comments!

Valentine's card I made for a friend to give to his wife. I used the Black Magic cardstock with the cuttlebug swirls folder. Quilled some hearts and stamped love. Inside is acetate with hearts on the ends. Let me know what you think!

I made a Meander book for my Husband's birthday present! I sure hope he likes it! Let me know what you think!
